At Peruma Filter Coffee, we take great pride in delivering freshly packed, high-quality coffee powder. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or tampered with.
• The wrong product or quantity was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of coffee powder, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or if the product seal has been opened. Metal coffee filters are non-returnable once used.

How to Raise a Request

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at perumafiltercoffee@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order reference number and clear photographs of the issue.

Refund Process

Upon verification, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. We may offer a replacement shipment in lieu of a refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing us. Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

3. Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
• We currently ship within India only.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. We do not store your payment details. By completing a transaction, you agree to Cashfree's terms of service.

5. Product Quality

We strive to maintain consistent quality in every batch. Minor variations in aroma, colour, or texture are natural properties of fresh coffee and do not constitute defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

7. Privacy

Your personal details (name, address, phone number) are collected solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g., courier services).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India.
